Medical Billing

We currently bill insurance companies for Counseling Professionals.    We use a clearinghouse to process the majority of claims.   We also collect referrals and work on enrollments/changes to information with insurance companies. We have experience with Medicaid, Medicare, BCBS and secondary insurance companies.   Our staff spends the majority of their time reconciling claims to payment and following up on those claims that have been rejected.  Please contact us to find out how our custom approach can benefit your practice.  

 The biggest area where we can make an improvement in your business is by setting up follow-up procedures for any claims not paid right away.  We don't mind collecting the extra 5% the big companies don't have time for.   We know this 5% is important to you and therefore it is important to us.   We spend extra time researching, calling and contacting to collect everything possible.    Most of the time we are talking with insurance companies, but sometimes we need to contact patients or staff within the business.
